Michael is a Toronto-based Graphic Designer, Illustrator, and Art Director. His creativity began hunched over a scrapbook where he imitated drawings of Disney and Sailor Moon characters. Later, creativity led him to Etobicoke School of the Arts (basically that movie F.A.M.E., except in Visual Arts).
With stints in music journalism and community management, Michael most recently completed the intensive Graphic Design and Advertising program at George Brown College. Downtime is used to satiate an appetite for popular culture, art, and contemporary music, immersed in all facets the city has to offer (this just means he sees as many concerts as his moth-inhabited bank account can afford).
Opinions to note:
• “Pizza is an unrecognized food group”
• “My playlist will always be better than your playlist”
• “The term ‘Young Processional’ should only be applied to market segments, never one’s self description because—yuck!”
But ENOUGH about me—tell me about you!
